It is important that 'knowledge' is kept 'in house'. DCM Clients must have an appropriate internal triage process for screening support needs prior to contacting DCM. Referring to this DCM Online Support should provide assistance. If not, email support@directcontrol.com.au or call 1300 557 550.

Support Services are provided during the hours 0700 to1700 Eastern Standard Time Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.

However, we do check in on weekends and can offer afterhours assistance if required.
