Customer Support and Use Acceptance Testing

Customer support:
Provide quick and professional response to email and phone requests • Document client contact. • Create and maintain knowledge base. • Work with a team of Support Engineers and Developers.

Product development:
Reproduce and submit programming issues to Development. • Test service releases prior to delivery.

Pre-sales consulting:
Provide pre-sales technical support to address customers’ needs, integration and implementation issues.
