CONNECT DIRECT Pty Ltd software applications and services are non-refundable. Ensure you have read and understood the software and hardware specifications and that your computer system meets these specifications. The purchaser is advised of these specifications prior to purchase and therefore accepts and agrees to all responsibility.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible. We do not guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
Delivery is defined as the point of receipt of goods, including but not limited to, provision of user account details allowing access to private web pages for training, provision of downloadable files or links.
