Essential Skills: • Excellent database management skills in SQL Server 2008 • Minimum 2 years experience in Microsoft SQL Reporting Services, VB.Net and/or C# • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills • Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft development environment (Visual Studio 2005/2008) • Be detail oriented and process driven • Ability to quickly obtain product knowledge • Quality approach to software development • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a positive team approach
Desirable Skills: • experience with ODBC drivers • experience in Medical Practice Management and/or Clinical Systems • experience in interoperability using web services and HL7
Customer Support and Use Acceptance Testing
If you would like to help support a Medical Practice Management application and you are enthusiastic, concerned for detail and can show initiative, then give us a call.
Customer support: • Provide quick and professional response to email and phone requests • Document client contact. • Create and maintain knowledge base. • Work with a team of Support Engineers and Developers.
Product development: • Reproduce and submit programming issues to Development. • Test service releases prior to delivery.
Pre-sales consulting: • Provide pre-sales technical support to address customers’ needs, integration and implementation issues.
Other Activities: • Training • Bookkeeping • Sales and Marketing • General Office Duties
Essential Skills: • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, MYOB,) • Keyboard entry 40wpm+ • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. • Be detail oriented and process driven. • Excellent written/verbal communication and listening skills. • Ability to quickly obtain product knowledge. • Convey superior customer service skills. • Impeccable Presentation and Telephone Etiquette• Working knowledge in computer/software technology and networking
Desirable Skills: • Knowledge of Medical Practice Management to include Medical Billing • Knowledge of software development, SQL Server and Database management • experience supporting a software application
