When we had to decide on which patient software provider to move to, we listened to a number of them present to us. We are in the unique position of needing seamless integration with the hospital side of the organisation as well as our clinic side. Staff in the clinics and hospital have easy access to patient records. DIRECT CONTROL gave us the confidence to move. DIRECT CONTROL effortlessly (at least from our perception) migrated and cleansed over 15 years of patient files. Ensuring we maintained the patient files and continued to be able to rely on them.  The support is reliable, friendly and efficient. DIRECT CONTROL works well with Dox as well as the SMS system for our patients. They are willing to work with other providers to assist our organisation. I would have no hesitation in recommending DIRECT CONTROL as THE patient software to use. Certainly it was a significant improvement from Blue Chip and Medical Director which is what we were using.

Wesley Centre for Hyperbaric Medicine is a licenced Day Hospital delivering hyperbaric oxygen therapy and wound care services. These services required record keeping, reporting and billing across several service platforms with conflicting requirements which traditionally required multiple, different software programs. The system was cumbersome, often incompatible and time consuming to reconcile. Direct CONTROL was able to provide within a single software package, a program compatible with our record keeping, reporting and external funding provider requirements. WCHM has been using Direct CONTROL successfully for over five years. Whenever problems do arise, the service team response is prompt and efficient. Direct CONTROL provides a much improved package to those previously used by WCHM.

"Since the installation of Direct CONTROL on 1 July 2019, it has been like night and day compared to our previous software! We are both a Day Hospital and Allied Health Service (using Private Health Funds, Medicare and DVA claiming), and so finding the correct software that incorporates what we do from both an administrative and clinical aspect has been difficult.

This smart system is easy to use, makes sense, creates for better workflows, has quicker and easier ways for everyday jobs and simplifies more complex tasks which speeds up processes. Billing for both Medicare and Eclipse is easy to use, and it's easy to track any ‘lost’ claims, or errors that need resubmitting.
Support is excellent – a phone call or email is always responded to the same day, and the majority are solved within a day if not complex. The team are happy to listen to suggestions for improvement and/or development, and these are often acted upon in an update.
Reporting (in all aspects) is straightforward and easy to use, and has sufficient filters which excludes things you don’t need. If you need a special report which is not standard, the team at DC are happy to work with you to develop one that fits your requirements.
Would definitely recommend Direct CONTROL to all clinics and/or hospitals looking for software that is user friendly, efficient, accurate and has great support."
